Hallmark Channel along with Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel have disclosed their plans to introduce 34 brand-new Hallmark Christmas films in 2018. This number surpasses their previous best for both networks, which released 33 New Hallmark Christmas movies last year. (This count is further increased from 2016, which saw 28 new Christmas releases.)

Notable stars attached to some of these productions include Danica McKellar, who last year headlined ‘Coming Home for Christmas’, accompanied by other Hallmark regulars in the scope of Hallmark Channel’s 22 films. LeAnn Rimes has also shared that she will star in her own Hallmark Christmas Movie in 2018 titled ‘Christmas Eve’, and the Preview is already out! It’s bound to be among the most anticipated new Hallmark Christmas Movies of 2018.

Hallmark Countdown to Christmas and Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas

Hallmark Channel will premiere 22 of these 34 movies, while its affiliated network HMM will complete the roster with the remaining twelve. Mark your calendars for October 27th (yes, even before Halloween!) when Hallmark Channel begins showcasing its premieres with its traditional Countdown to Christmas programming block. Concurrently, HMM will kick off its expanded “Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas” promotion on November 4th!

But don’t fret, you won’t have to wait much longer before you can start your Hallmark Christmas Movie marathons, as both networks plan to air Christmas in July programming blocks. More details on that next month!
