Return Guidelines
Return Period
Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of package delivery.
Return Procedure
All returns will incur a 20% restocking charge unless the error is ours (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), in which case, no fee will be applied.
Reason for Restocking Fee
Each item purchased from lefrockonline is custom-made and printed exclusively for you, hence a 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. Exchanges, however, do not incur this fee.
Return Label Responsibility
lefrockonline will provide a prepaid label for items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Approval Process
Once the return is received, please allow 6-10 business days for processing through our inspection department. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of approval. We cannot process returns or exchanges if the item has been washed, worn, or if it is beyond 30 days.

Ensure the packing slip is included with all returns.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Include the packing slip with your exchange. Specify the desired size along with any additional notes.
Exchange Terms
Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been washed, worn, or if it’s past 30 days. Upon receiving your exchange, products with a handling period of 1-2 days will be reshipped within 3-5 business days. Products with 4-7 days handling may take up to 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees.

For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
