HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Should you reconsider your acquisition, reach out to us here, supplying your order number and the desired alteration. We will validate once the change or cancellation has been executed.

Cancellations and adjustments are permissible solely within 2 hours of order placement. After this period, the order proceeds to processing and cannot be halted.

Please note, a management and processing charge (20% of your total order amount) will be applicable for cancellations.

NOTE: Remember that placing an order implies agreeing to all the conditions stated above.

REFUND & RETURNS

Owing to hygiene considerations and our custom-made products, exchanges or refunds are not offered unless the received item has a significant issue. This occurs when the product:

  1. Is markedly different from the given description or sample;
  2. Is damaged due to our factory’s or the carrier’s error;
  3. Does not match your order;

Be aware that our items are made-to-order and produced based on demand; thus, they aren’t always in stock. Additionally, there might be slight color variations between advertised images and the actual product due to either photography lighting or monitor display differences. So, please allow for discrepancies between the advertised and received items.

For major issues, we may opt to replace the item or provide a refund within a reasonable period. In such cases, the item may remain with the customer.

Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to initiate a complaint. Make sure to include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the defective item (if applicable)
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Returning your order without prior coordination with our Customer Support team and not adhering to our prerequisites will result in a denial of refund, and we will notify you via email on the next steps.

  • We do NOT provide refunds or exchanges for items purchased during sales or promotional periods.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by you.

Please note, our policy extends 30 days from the date of purchase for replacement/refund requests. After this period, replacements or refunds cannot be provided.

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 45 business days from the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund.
